Anoying, isn’t it. Look down and your glasses slide. Prop them on top of your head and your glasses slide. Sigh.

There are many reasons why your frames might be moving around too much. It’s possible they are too wide or too heavy. They may have a build up of oils. The arms of the frames might meet your ears at the wrong angle. Sometimes the bridge of your nose may be too narrow to hold your glasses up.

But most of the time your eye doctor has helped you select glasses that avoided these reasons for a slip.
